Sterile low particulate wipes impregnated with silicone in a convenient resealable pouch.
The Klerwipes are impregnated with a blend of 10% silicone oil and 90% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA). Silicone provides excellent non-sticky lubrication for pharmaceutical equipment parts, such as filling lines, pumps and isolator cabinet seals.
As the wipes do not contain any chemical binders, only a light coating of silicone will remain, providing sufficient lubrication without an excessive build up.
Each sterile, double bagged, resealable pouch contains only 15 low particulate wipes, which is sufficient for most uses without compromising sterility.

EFFECTIVE
Klerwipe Silicone wipes are made up from binder free, hydroentangled cellulose/polyester blend and are packed in a Grade C (ISO Class 7) cleanroom and gamma irradiated. Each pouch is supplied double bagged for efficient transfer.
The highly absorbent wipes allow rapid and accurate coverage. The wipes remain wet throughout use ensuring a consistent application of silicone to the required surface area.
COST EFFECTIVE
Each sterile, double bagged, resealable pouch contains only 15 low particulate wipes, which is sufficient for most uses without compromising sterility, also meaning there is no wastage at the end of the session. The wipes are also available in VHP impermeable packaging for use in gassing isolators. The pouch is easily resealable to prevent the wipes drying out. The pouch itself does not generate any particulate contamination.
DIRECT CONTACT
The silicone is carried in Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA), which will evaporate completely, and the wipes do not contain any chemical binders, so only a light coating of silicone will remain.
EASY TO USE
The polythene packaging is easy to spray and wipe for efficient transfer and features Klertear™ which makes it easy to open even when wearing gloves. The Klerwipes are folded, so are easy to remove from the pouch. The silicone/IPA blend is classified as non-corrosive under normal use, so can be used safely in most cleanroom applications.
